Cancellation & Refund Policy

All services must be booked online through our website. All bookings are non-refundable once payment is confirmed. No refunds will be issued — including for completed consultations, delivered reports, no-shows, late cancellations, or change of mind. • Reschedule: You may request a reschedule at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time. Rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed. No refund is provided for rescheduled or cancelled slots.
• Cancel or no-show within 12 hours: The session is forfeited. No refund and no guaranteed reschedule.
• Session duration: All consultations are timed. If a meeting exceeds the booked duration, additional charges apply for the extra time.
• If we cancel: We will offer a free reschedule to a mutually convenient slot. Cash refunds are not provided.

• Once payment is confirmed, report and Q&A bookings are non-refundable.
• After work on your report or answers has begun, or after delivery by email, the service is considered fulfilled and no refund applies.
• If delivery is delayed beyond the stated timeframe due to our team, we will prioritise completion or offer a reschedule for live services — not a monetary refund.

Each service booked is dedicated to one person (by date of birth, place of birth, and name). For multiple people, please book separate services for each person.

All predictions and consultations are based on your date and time of birth. Please ensure your details are correct — we are not liable for misinformation provided by the client.

If you provided incorrect details (wrong time, place, or date of birth), email theninthhorizon@gmail.com at least 3 hours before the scheduled meeting. No changes will be entertained after the consultation is completed or during the consultation. If incorrect details are discovered afterward, you will need to pay again and book a new service.

Promotional discounts (including first-booking offers such as 10% off) are subject to stated terms and do not alter the no-refund policy. All amounts paid remain non-refundable once payment is confirmed.

After payment, our team will get back to you to confirm your slot. For urgent or priority service, contact us with your booking reference number by email or phone. This does not entitle you to a refund.

Astrology is interpretive. Disagreement with guidance does not qualify for a refund after a completed session or delivered report. If something went wrong operationally (wrong slot, technical failure on our side, undelivered report), contact us and we will work to resolve it through reschedule or redelivery — not through a cash refund.
