Shipping & Delivery Policy

Our consultations and reports are digital products and services. There is no physical product shipping for standard bookings. Reports and written answers are delivered to the email address you provide when booking. Live consultations are conducted via video or voice using links or numbers we share after confirmation.

Delivery timelines begin after both of the following are complete:

• Successful payment confirmation
• Receipt of complete and accurate birth details (where required for your service)

All services must be booked online through our website. Our team will contact you to confirm your slot and share payment or access details as applicable.

• Live consultations (20 / 40 min): Meeting link or call instructions are shared by email or WhatsApp after booking confirmation, ahead of your scheduled slot. Janampatri PDF is included with consultation packages as stated on the service page.
• Janampatri report: PDF delivered within 48 hours
• Varshphal (annual forecast): PDF delivered within 24 hours
• Ask 1 Question: Answer delivered within 24 hours
• Ask 3 Questions: Answers delivered within 48 hours

Weekends, public holidays, or incomplete birth information may extend delivery slightly. If a delay is expected on our side, we will notify you by email.

Delivery is electronic only — primarily by email, and optionally via WhatsApp or other messaging apps you authorise. We serve clients across India and internationally. No courier or shipping charges apply to standard digital delivery.

If you do not receive a report or consultation link, first check your spam or junk folder. Then contact theninthhorizon@gmail.com or +91 93545 01373 with your booking name, registered email, and service purchased. We will resend at no extra cost if the issue is on our side or due to a verifiable delivery error.

Each report or consultation is prepared for one person only (name, date of birth, and place of birth). To receive services for multiple people, book separately for each person. See our Terms & Conditions for full booking rules.

On rare occasions, if a physical item is expressly offered and purchased, shipping timelines, charges, and eligible regions will be communicated at the time of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, all The Ninth Horizon services remain digital-only.
