By accessing our website, creating an account, or booking a service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
The Ninth Horizon offers:
Guidance is based on classical astrology techniques and the birth details you provide. Services are delivered digitally via video/voice call and/or PDF by email.
Astrology is a traditional advisory and interpretive practice. Our guidance is for personal insight and decision support only. It is not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice. You remain solely responsible for decisions you make based on any consultation or report.
All services must be booked online through our website.
Each booking is dedicated to one person only — identified by full name, date of birth, and place of birth. To request guidance for multiple people, you must submit a separate booking for each person.
Report and consultation quality depends on accurate birth details (date, time, and place). Approximate birth times may reduce precision. You confirm that the information you submit is true to the best of your knowledge. If you discover an error, email theninthhorizon@gmail.com at least 3 hours before a scheduled live session. We are not liable for misinformation provided by the client. Incorrect details discovered after a completed service require a new paid booking.
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. After you submit a booking request, our team confirms your slot and shares a payment link. A booking is confirmed only after successful payment.
All bookings are non-refundable once payment is confirmed. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for rescheduling rules and full details.
For live consultations, join at the scheduled time using the link or number we share. All sessions are timed to the duration purchased. Late arrival may shorten your session. If a meeting exceeds the booked duration, additional charges apply for the extra time.
Rescheduling may be requested at least 12 hours before a live session, subject to availability. No cash refunds are issued for rescheduled or cancelled slots.
Website content, branding, and materials we create remain the property of The Ninth Horizon. Reports and written answers delivered to you are for your personal use and may not be republished, resold, or distributed without written permission.
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or abusive content, or interfere with other users. We may refuse or terminate service for misuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Ninth Horizon is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to a booking shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific service.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
