Before you book

Booking guidelines

1. 1All services must be booked online through our website.
2. 2Our team will get back to you after booking. For urgent or priority service, email or contact us with your reference number after payment.
3. 3All services are timed. If a client meeting exceeds the allotted duration, additional charges apply for the extra time.
4. 4Each service booked is dedicated to one person (by date of birth, place of birth, and name). For multiple people, please book separate services for each person.
5. 5All predictions and consultations are based on your date and time of birth. Please ensure your details are correct — we are not liable for misinformation provided by the client.
6. 6If you provided incorrect details (wrong time, place, or date of birth), email us at theninthhorizon@gmail.com at least 3 hours before the scheduled meeting. No changes will be entertained after the consultation is completed or during the consultation. If incorrect details are discovered afterward, you will need to pay again and book a new service.
7. 7All bookings are non-refundable. Once payment is confirmed, no refunds will be issued — including for completed consultations, delivered reports, no-shows, or cancellations outside the rescheduling window stated at booking confirmation.
